             Mr Uba is at work place, but you don't need a seer to see he is absent mind, that didn't stop Amanda from trying to make discussion with him
"So will you come" she asked, waiting for reply but didn't get any, so she tapped him,  "will you be there" she asked again, trying to mask her anger, for the ignore.
"Come where" Mr Uba asked, once she got his attention
"To the little gathering tonight" she have been inviting him over but he keep turning her down, its getting pretty old, so as he was about to decline she started talking "its Friday today, come on have fun, live a bit" she urged more "a lot of people will come, you get to meet new people, get more contract" she said
"Ok I agree" he agreed, since today is Friday, he can keep Amara with his sister, and he can get more contract truly. Amanda felt like she accomplished a great thing so she left feeling happy, she plan not to let him out her sight and find ways to seduce him.
         Mr Uba is at the party, its not what he thought, its actually a big party, hosted by a government official, lots of wealthy men are here, its a golden opportunity, but he is sad and down. He didn't see Mirabel today, even when he went to pick up Amara, Amara said she left earlier. He never knew she could affect her like this.
He escaped the grasp of Amanda like 5 minutes ago, the lady was suffocating him, after taking a few shots and bored of the party and how girls throw themselves at him, he decided to go home. On getting towards the entrance, he saw Mirabel walked in, wearing a red gown, looking like she owns the night, her beauty radiates.  Suddenly his night that was dull and lifeless changes, he smile inwardly.
'God' he muttered to himself  as he felt his feeling grew deeper,she have such effects on him, so he makes his move to meet her, but he was stopped once again as a man walked up to Mirabel and snaked his hands around her. He turn and head back inside as jealousy burns his heart.
