Daddy's Little Girl

Chapter 13
             The weekend was spent with his lovely daughter, she made him forget the school teacher and for that he is grateful, but fun times over he is dropping her off.
"Won't you come say hi to my teacher" Amara urged her father, but he declined, Amara wonder what is wrong, cause it was different last week, but she decided not to push the matter.
"I will come pick you up after school" he said to her before driving off.
           "Where is your father" Miss Mirabel asked a little too quick immediately she saw Amara
"He is gone" she answered sadly crushing the hopes the teacher had to make things right.
"Ok, go take a seat" she told her and Amara went to her seat. A week passed and she still have not get a chance with Mr Uba, he is really good at avoiding her, the only time she saw him was Friday dismissal, but before she could make a move he is gone.
A week turned to 2 then to 3 and they are now having their mid term break, so no way she is going to see Mr Uba soon. On a Saturday morning, she decided to jog and perhaps clear her mind, she is not the exercise type but she needs it now. As she was jogging, with Mr Uba still fresh in her memory, seems the jog wasn't much help, it frustrates her, but she kept jogging.
She came to an abrupt end as she saw Mr Uba a few feet away from her, all sweaty showing he is also jogging, one thing made the atmosphere change anfd made Mirabel speechless, it was the desire visible in the eyes of Mr Uba, the fire consumes her, and the feelings it gives her left her in awe, she also have same desire for him
"Hello stranger" Mr Uba said, with a smile
"Hello there" she said as she felt this is the start of something  new.
